MAAC — Maya Academy of Advanced Creativity
Maya Academy of Advanced Creativity (MAAC) is Aptech's dedicated animation, VFX, gaming and creative-media training brand, running for 25 years and operating across a wide network of centres nationally. MAAC Whitefield is a MAAC centre operating under franchise from Aptech Limited — an independently owned and operated business, licensed to teach the MAAC curriculum and issue MAAC/Aptech certifications, and not itself the corporate MAAC/Aptech entity.
MAAC Whitefield: this centre
MAAC Whitefield is a new centre opening in October 2026, serving Whitefield and the wider East Bengaluru catchment — ITPL, Kadugodi, Hoodi, Hope Farm, Brookefield, Varthur, Kundalahalli, KR Puram, Marathahalli, Hoskote and Sarjapur Road. Because we are opening fresh, we have no placement or alumni record of our own yet, and we say so plainly wherever we'd otherwise be tempted to imply one — including on this page.
What we do bring on day one is the full, current MAAC curriculum (30 programmes across 3D animation, visual effects, game design, digital content creation, broadcast, filmmaking, visual arts & design and short-format skill courses), MAAC's national accreditations and industry partnerships, and a franchise team building this centre specifically for the East Bengaluru student community.
Accreditation and recognition
MAAC carries recognition from the Media & Entertainment Skills Council and Skill India, and operates as an Aptech Limited brand — the accreditation marks are shown in the footer of every page on this site.
The franchise entity
MAAC Whitefield is operated by an independently owned and licensed franchisee, not directly by Aptech Limited or MAAC's corporate office. The specific legal entity name for this centre will be published here and in the site footer before the centre opens.
