What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, callback request, brochure download or event registration, we collect the details you provide directly: name, phone number, email address (optional), course of interest, your goal (career switch, skill upgrade or exploring), preferred contact method, and any message you add.

We also automatically record standard technical and marketing attribution data with a form submission: the page you were on, referring source, and campaign parameters (such as which ad or search term brought you here) where present in the URL, so we can respond appropriately and measure which channels are working.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use standard web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (such as Meta and Google Ads) to understand how the site is used and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so does not affect your ability to browse the public site, only optional tracking.

WhatsApp and phone consent

Every enquiry form on this site requires an explicit checkbox confirming you agree to be contacted by phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email about your enquiry, before it can be submitted — we record the exact consent wording and the time it was given alongside your enquiry. We do not add you to marketing communications you have not agreed to, and you can withdraw consent at any time by telling us on WhatsApp, phone or email.

How we use your data

Your enquiry details are used to respond to you (by a counsellor, by phone, WhatsApp or email), to schedule any callback or visit you requested, and to improve our admissions process. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• Responding to your enquiry and providing course, fee and admissions information
• Scheduling a requested callback, demo or counselling visit
• Sending you a requested brochure or guide
• Understanding which marketing channels and pages are effective (in aggregate, not to profile you individually)

Who we share data with

We share enquiry data with the service providers that operate this site and our admissions process on our behalf — including our website hosting and database provider (Google Firebase/Google Cloud) and, where you've agreed to WhatsApp contact, the WhatsApp Business messaging platform. We do not sell or rent your data to unrelated third parties, and we do not share it with other MAAC franchise centres unless you specifically ask us to refer you to one.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry and lead data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, support your admissions journey if you enrol, and meet our own record-keeping and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below), and we'll do so unless we're required to keep specific records for legal or financial reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to: tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, or stop contacting you. Write to the contact below and we will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within 30 days.

Children's data

Many of our prospective students are minors at the time of enquiry (typically Class 10–12 students). Where an enquiry is submitted by or on behalf of a minor, we expect it to be made with a parent or guardian's involvement, and all consent, communication and enrolment decisions are handled with the parent or guardian directly.
